1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any BeezFy application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BeezFy provides software-as-a-service applications for Shopify merchants, including but not limited to mobile app generation, push notification services, analytics, and marketing automation tools.

3. Account and Billing

Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. You authorize Shopify to charge your account according to the plan you select. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Shopify admin panel.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BeezFy services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Shopify's terms of service. You may not use our services to send unsolicited communications, distribute malware, or violate any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

BeezFy retains all intellectual property rights in our software and services. You retain ownership of your store content and data. The mobile apps generated by BeezFy are licensed for your use as long as your subscription is active.

6. Limitation of Liability

BeezFy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to BeezFy services will cease, and we will delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
